After-sale service

Installation and adjustment

1. According to the requirement of users, send the technicians to instruct the installation of equipment so as to guarantee the smooth installation.

2. After completing installation, make adjustment until the equipment can run normally.

3. During this process, technicians should resolve all kinds of problems for users concerning installation, adjustment and operation enthusiastically.

Staff training

1. Send technicians to train users in theoretical knowledge and operational skill of CNC machines.

2. Users may send staff to our company for on-the- pot training.

Maintenance of products

1. The guarantee period is one year since the installation of equipment. As to the quality problems needed to be resolved on-the-spot, we guarantee to send technicians during 24 hours, resolving problems in the least time and with the most efficient measures.

2. As to the equipments beyond the guarantee period, we will make maintenance and offer service at the favorable price.
